1. General conditions
Access to the website www.kidissue.com made by the Customer/User, represents his accept and he is advised to read the general conditions for the marketing of the KIDissue products, as well as the pages "How do I order KIDissue products?" and "PRIVACY", before placing an order.
Selling conditions expressed on www.kidissue.com have contractual value, the conditions can be modified by S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L, without notice and without informing the client in advance. The applicable conditions will be the ones presented on the website at the time of the order confirmation.
All suggestions and complaints must be sent in written form, all other forms will be ignored!
Violation of terms and conditions represents criminal offence towards S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. and in case of failure to comply with the terms and conditions, the current romanian laws will be applied.

The website www.kidissue.com, together with its full content (concept, texts, images, design, ideas), belongs entirely to S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L, registered at the Romanian Trade Register, under no. J23/2386/2017, CUI RO37 609704, with registered office address at :

Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to replicate the information on the website, partially or totally, as well as taking-over photos, without authorization in advance, in written, made by S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L.
3. Limited liability
All of the information presented on the website www.kidissue.com (prices, product description, photos, sketches, etc.) have informative title and can be changed at any time, without customer/user notice in advance. However, the information is intended to be as accurate as possible and in line with the real product specifications. Photos belonging to KIDissue are real, however, being in digital form, slight aspect differences might occur, especially concerning the colors. These differences are not considered defects.
The information cannot be reproduced, copied, distributed or transmitted to any third-party, or inserted in any way in other documents or material without the written permission in advance of their authors.
In case errors occur without the fault of the company, the disposal and rectification of the errors will be made as soon as possible after their report. But if omission or inaccuracy may create confusion, S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L is not responsible for any errors that could have occurred despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.
Under the current legislation, S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. cannot be responsible for the failure to execute or the faulty execution of the orders that would be due to the customer (lack of necessary information or misrepresentation / incompleteness, etc.), the unpredictable and insurmountable actions of a third-party or the force majeure case.
In the event that a command is faulty, the express fault of S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L, the latter can be held liable only for the return of the amount paid by the customer for the respective order (the defective product). However, the amount will be refunded only on condition that the products sent return to the original state in which they were received (without damaging the products or packaging). Payment for return transport falls on the customer's account.
The orders are packaged according to courier companies' requirements, therefore S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES SRL does not assume responsibility for possible damages caused by the carrier, but we will always try to provide a solution for any problems that may arise.
Other situations where KIDissue, respectively S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L., cannot be held liable:
- The unavailability of certain products appearing in the online store section;
- The online store has the right to check any order by telephone, asking the buyer to confirm personal or order-related data;
- The online store reserves the right to refuse to execute orders, without motivating the choice, by telephone or e-mail notification to the customer;
- Delivery delays due to courier or other reasons;
- Temporary malfunction/unavailability of the website.
4. Promotions and contests
By purchasing products at promotions / discounts or different contests that the company organizes/holds, the Customer / User is subject to promotions and contests regulations. Regulations are brought to the attention of the participants (clients) only through our own website or on the official Facebook, Twitter and Google+, etc. social network pages.
The orders that benefit from these promotions are the orders that follow exactly the rules posted on the website.
During a discount campaign, THE DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE CUMULATED. Orders containing discount or value vouchers cannot be combined with other orders!
Promotions are valid for orders placed during the campaign and whose product were added as well in the shopping cart during the campaign and within the available stock limit.
SC CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. may cancel a promotion without prior notice due to independent reasons (ex. technical malfunctions in the system, software / hardware malfunctions) by the will of the professional (Trader).
5. Payment method
For online purchases on the www.kidissue.com website, with courier delivery:
Payment can be made as follows:
- Online with the credit card
We accept the following credit / debit cards in RON / EUR / USD, using the payment system of the payment processor euplatesc.ro, your order will be processed immediately.
- On delivery, by reimbursement, directly to the agent of the courier company when picking up the package.
SC CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent order without the customer's consent, and subsequently notify the customer thereof.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are delivered by fast courier, with FAN COURIER, between 9.00-17.00, Monday to Friday, within 1-7 business days after order confirmation at the specified address. In some exceptional situations, the delivery time may extend up to a maximum of 15 business days.
SC CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. reserves the right to delay / refuse a delivery if you opt for online payment and the amount paid is not in the company accounts until the deadline set for sale.
The risk of product loss or damage is transferred to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, becomes physically in possession of the products ordered.
SC CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES SRL reserves the right to no longer honor and send orders to persons (physical or legal) who do not fulfill their contractual, pecuniary or other contractual obligations to www.kidissue.com.
7. Returning KIDissue products
If the delivery is done by courier, the customer can return the purchased products only if they are in their original packaging, without signs of wear, damage or dirt, with the original labels attached, within 14 business days of receipt, without penalty. Products worn, washed or smelling of perfume.
Returning the product must be announced in advance, in writing (by e-mail), within 24 hours of receipt of the package to contact@kidissue.com
Please mention the name on which the order was made and the delivery address, as well as the name and code of the products that you wish to return.
In the case of the return of the products ordered through www.kidissue.com, the payment for the transport of the products is the responsibility of the customer. If the parcel is sent with payment towards S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L., it will be denied.
After receipt of the returned parcel and finding that the conditions for return were met, S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIS S.R.L. will return the order value within 15 days of receipt of the sent-back product.
If the parcel gets damaged at the destination address, in order to avoid possible misunderstandings, the parcel will be photographed and a courier report will be filled together with the courier service representative stating the state of the package.
The risk of product loss or deterioration is "transferred" to the Customer (the buyer) when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, becomes physically in possession of the products ordered.
In the case of orders placed directly in our showroom, although the law does not specify this, we allow the return of the products within 48 hours.
The return policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made products (non-standard measure, modified basic models, etc.) or promotion products, because they can no longer be resold!
8. Force majeure
SC CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond the control of S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. including fires, explosions, floods, extreme weather conditions, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, civil disturbances or other major force impediments according to the uses of Romanian law.
If, within 15 (fifteen) business days of its occurrence, that event does not cease, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the termination of the Contract without any one of them being able to claim the other damages.
9. Applicable law
Any misunderstanding / dispute between S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. and Customer / User will be settled amicably. In case no amicable settlement is possible, the legislation in force in this field will be applied in accordance with the laws of Romania and the jurisdiction is competent to Romania.
10. Final provisions
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. reserves the right to make any changes to the reported provisions, as well as any changes to the www.kidissue.com website, its structure, or any other modifications that may affect the website without the need for prior notice to users in this sense.
