How do I order KIDISSUE products?
1. In order to make orders from the online kidissue shop, you must create a shopping account. This can also be done when you have already selected the products and want to validate the order.
TO SELECT the products you want to buy is enough to click on the "Add to cart" button next to each product on the site.
DO NOT forget to choose all the required features (color, measure, etc.), it is enough to enter the product cart section and proceed with the introduction of all the information you are required (delivery method, address, etc.).
"By" Completing ALL required information and going through all the steps of completing the order, the client accepts that he placed a firm order and that the details written in it are correct.
It is NECESSARY to carefully fill in all contact data so that a KIDissue consultant can contact you. All data entered is confidential, they cannot in any way be transmitted to a third party and cannot be used for any purpose other than the order handling and customer communication ("Terms and Conditions").
KIDissue does not guarantee the availability of products in stock unless it is specified that the product is in stock. Therefore, an order that is not in stock and will be executed on the order is valid only when it is confirmed by phone, e-mail or online chat by a KIDissue sales consultant (do not confuse this confirmation with the one sent automatically by the system, after validating all steps).
That's why we advise you to contact us to check the possibility of carrying out your order and only after, to order online and pay.
2. Execution time of order:
Any received order will be verified on a business day, within this period, you will also receive confirmation from one of our KIDissue consultants. If the product is in stock, it will be ready for delivery on the next business day after confirmation of the order, to which we add 1-7 business days for transport. The product will reach your destination in 2-8 business days.
KIDissue products with custom order have an execution deadline of 2-10 business days from the confirmation of the order (the confirmation assumes confirming all the details of the order, but also the payment of the required advance, when applicable), to which the transport period of 1-7 days is added, depending on destination.
If you have already made a payment for a product that is not in stock and the product you ordered cannot be executed, you will be refunded the amount paid in advance.
Orders can also be received as a matter of urgency but only after the delivery date has been confirmed by a KIDissue consultant against an emergency charge of 20% of the value of the product.
