1. Can I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled within 24 hours of its confirmation, at no additional cost; if the products were made on special order to the customer's requirements, on special measures or the products belong to the luxury series made for events, the order cannot be canceled.
If the order is canceled later than 24 hours after its confirmation (other than the order products from the luxury range and those made on special order), 25% of the value of the product will be retained.
2. Can I send the product as a gift?
Yes, the product can be sent as a gift only by specifying the delivery address that differs from the billing address, and you can let us know if you want a free greeting card from KIDissue.
Or you have the option to buy a gift voucher, along with a free greeting card for the recipient of this voucher.
3. How do I know if the sizes are correct?
All products are adjustable and can be used for about 2 years depending on the child's growth rate. Before any order, you have to make sure of the measures of your child, check the KIDissue special size table, check the age segment as well as the clothing size corresponding to your child's age/height.
4. What does an expandable product, garment, clothing for children mean?
An expandable product for children is a product that, with certain attachments and adjustability (with elastic, button, cord, ribbon, strap, buttonhole, etc.), makes the product adjustable / expanded / reduced / adjusted according to baby's growth both in height and in waist (width) for a period of about 2 years.
5. How do I know how to use an expandable product for children?
For every dress item you can find detailed information including explicit pictures with the extensions that make the products adjustable - extendable both in width and height.
6. How do I know if an order has been placed successfully?
An order is placed successfully when you received a mail, message or confirmation phone from the KIDissue staff.
7. Why could my order be canceled?
SC CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel an order if there are reasons to suspect a payment fraud. Thus S.C. CONVERTIBLE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES S.R.L. then sends an email notification on behalf of KIDissue regarding the cancellation of the placed order.
